9. Hair Daily Care

1. How To Wash Synthetic Wigs

1. Detangle: Gently remove tangles using a wide tooth comb, working gradually from the ends to the base.
2. Wash: Fill your sink with enough cool water to submerge your wig. Mix in a small amount of Shampoo for synthetic hair. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing.
3. Rinse: Rinse with cool water to remove shampoo. Gently press with a towel to remove excess water. Do not rub or wring.
4. Dry & Condition: Place on a folding wig stand, spray with a Leave-in Conditioner, and allow to air dry. Do not wring or Squeeze.
5. Style: Once dry, style as usual. Use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style your synthetic wig. Define layers with Synthetic-Safe styling product

2. Important Notes

• Spiral curl and dreadlock wigs should not be combed or brushed in any way. As this will undo the curls or dreads.
• No need to wash your hair everyday, just wash it after 8-10 times using.
• Rinse the hair with lukewarm water, with the water flowing in the same direction.
• Hair should be conditioned after every shampooing to pervent aplit ends.

1.Q:Are you a factory or trading company? 
A: We are a factory, and we can directly import and export of the goods. 

2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Zengcheng district, Guangzhou, China. You can fly to Baiyun airport directly, then we will pick you up at the air port then drive you to our factory. Welcome to visit our factory. 

3.Q:How can I get some samples? 
A: Samples is available, we are glad to send you samples by post.

4.Q:What’s your payment methods? 
A: We accept T/T bank transfer, Paypal, Western Union, Escrow, LC if big order.

5.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
A: Quality is priority. We have 3 QC in our production team. They will text the quality at every steps. Only the qualified products can go to the next steps. We have a strict system of rewards and penalties. The workers will be deducted money if they made unqualified products. 

6.Q: What’s the difference between Japan kanekalon and Chinese synthetic? 

A: Japan kanekalon is heat resistant, non-shiny, and looks like real human hair. 

7.Q:How long for making an order? And how long for shipping to my place? 

A: It takes 3-5 days for making sample wigs, 10-15 days for bulk orders. 

Shipping from our factory to your place by DHL/UPS/FedEx is about 4-6 days. 

8.Q: Why my wigs are getting tangled? 
A:Your Hair Extensions are getting tangled due to dryness.  Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. To avoid tangling while you sleep, wrap hair up with a satin scarf or use a satin sleep cap or a satin pillow case to prevent friction.
